Shipping policy

We’re so grateful you chose Moon Tiers Boutique! Our goal is to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time. All orders are packaged with care and shipped from our boutique within 2–3 business days. We currently ship through USPS Ground Advantage, which generally delivers within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

If you happen to place more than one order in a single day, feel free to email us at moontiersboutique@gmail.com. We’re happy to combine your orders when possible and issue a refund for any extra shipping fees.

Please keep in mind that once your package has been transferred to USPS, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or items marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases. If you encounter a delivery issue, we encourage you to reach out to USPS directly using your tracking number.
