Refund policy

We truly hope you love every piece you order from Moon Tiers Boutique! Each item is chosen with care, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. While we do not offer refunds or cancellations, we’re happy to provide store credit for eligible returns.

To be accepted, items must be returned in perfect original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached and the original invoice included. Please take extra care when trying on your items; pieces with makeup stains, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear will not qualify and will be sent back to you.

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

• Swimsuits

• Accessories (jewelry, hair clips, hats, etc.)

• Sale items or items purchased at a discount of 25% or more

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, you’ll have 4 days to ship the item(s) back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless you purchased Redo (Checkout+ protection) at checkout, which provides a prepaid return label and allows you to send items back at no additional charge.
